I like FINALLY learnt the art of swallowing pills.

I use to roll back my tongue and then drink water.
Usually the pill would not get swallowed down into
my stomach but it would be in my mouth under
my TONGUE for me to taste every bit of the disgusting
gross shit.

But now,

THE NEW WAY!
Yes!

I put it way back on my tongue before I drink the water.
AHAHA and it actually gets swallowed and sucked down
very very easily.

WOOOOOHOO.

I succeeded.

I got this bad blocked nose.
I can't breathe through my NOSE.
I can only breathe through my mouth.
haha.
It feels kinda weird you know. Like Im missing something.
